1. Learn about your self
spend some time reflecting and observing how YOU really work. (discover how life really works too!)
2. Reprogram your mind (retrain, reframe, refocus your mind)
The problems we face are directly related to the way we think about things. It's the way we think about things that needs to be addressed. It's never about what happens to you, but ALWAYS how you respond to (or think about) what happens.
3. Learn a clever 'technique' (find some things that work and take some action)
If you believe that all that's missing from your life is knowing how - how to do a certain thing (how to be confident, how to be happy, how to be fearless... HOW!) then commit to some research and resourcing and put in some daily personal disciplines that will support you with this.
4. Just let go
Take nothing with you into the next day except the things you have chosen for your personal development (easier said than done we know!). We recommend The Practice of Regular Processing using the tools you have been given… and that you have discovered and explored for your self.
