Welcome To
Tailor Clinics

At Tailor Clinics, we understand what your brain and body is doing to you. Our nurses, dietitians, nutritionists, psychologists and surgeons understand how you eat when you donā€™t want to, ultimately paying the price of having excess weight.

If your relationship with food is challenging your everyday lifestyle and your relationships with family and friends, Tailor Clinics can help.

We want to acknowledge your courage in taking the first step in finding out about bariatric (weight loss) surgery.

Widely held misbeliefs about people with weight problems have shrouded bariatric surgery with an atmosphere of failure and desperation.  Whilst bariatric surgery should be seen as the last resort, it is also the most effective treatment for people with unhealthy weight.  It is now firmly established in most countries in the world, and there is a vast amount of reliable information available about most surgical procedures.

As with most operations, there have been many advances over the last 30 years, and bariatric surgery is now very safe when performed by experienced surgeons in well-established centres.

We Understand

How we can help

There are many options for long-term sustainable weight loss. We specialise in those cases where people have already tried diets and need a greater level of treatment.

The three areas we assist with are: Non-Surgical education & medical intervention, Surgical procedure options, and Residential Retreat programs at our Lifestyle Lodge.

Check out more about our solutions above.

Who we can help

When excess body fat has accumulated to an extent that it may have a negative effect on health, treatment options such as those which we offer, will need to be considered.
A measurement used to assess health risks of excess weight is Body Mass Index (BMI).

There are four classifications of excess weight (obesity) and each has a different solution.

BMI 25-30

Overweight

BMI > 30

Obese

BMI > 35

Severely Obese

BMI > 40

Morbidly Obese
